Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services, website, software products, or media productions provided by Pixel Pursuit Studio ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, you ("Client", "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporate entity or organization, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Pixel Pursuit Studio provides digital agency services across seven core verticals: Commercial Photography, Cinematic Video Production, Graphic Design & Brand Systems, 2D/3D Motion Animation, Software & Web Engineering, Brand Strategy, and Narrative Film Production.

All deliverables, timelines, milestones, and fees are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents or project proposal contracts signed prior to project commencement.

Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, Pixel Pursuit Studio assigns to the Client full ownership and intellectual property rights for custom final assets created specifically for the project (including final renders, application source code, and logo marks).

Studio Portfolio & Self-Promotion: Unless explicitly restricted under a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA), the Studio retains the right to display completed project assets in our agency portfolio, website, showreels, and case studies for self-promotional purposes.

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, assets, copy, access credentials, and approvals required for project execution.

Delays in Client reviews exceeding ten (10) business days may result in schedule adjustments or milestone re-scoping.

Projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) upon project initiation, with remaining progress payments tied to agreed milestone completions.

Invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of issuance. Late payments beyond thirty (30) days may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Pursuit Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from project delays or third-party service outages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
