Refund & Cancellation

Pixel Pursuit Studio operates on a professional milestone-based contract structure. Initial project deposits (typically 50% of agreed scope) cover studio resource allocation, shoot scheduling, software architecture setup, and pre-production planning.

Initiation deposits are non-refundable once creative discovery or technical production work has commenced.

Projects progress through defined approval checkpoints (e.g., Concept Approval, Design System Sign-off, Final Video Cut, Code Deployment).

Payment milestones that have been reviewed and explicitly approved by the Client are considered final and non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-stage prior to milestone completion, refund eligibility will be assessed proportional to unbilled hours and unrendered third-party expenses.

For Commercial Photography, Video Production, and Film shoots:

• Rescheduling > 7 Days Notice: No fee incurred. Shoot date moved based on studio availability.
• Rescheduling < 48 Hours Notice: May incur a 15% location and crew re-booking fee to cover committed equipment and venue reservations.

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing by the designated client signee to billing@pixelpursuitstudio.in detailing the rationale.

Approved refunds are processed to the original bank account or payment method within seven to ten (7–10) business days.
