Services
The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are defined in a written proposal or statement of work, which forms part of these terms.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content and approvals. Delays in these may affect timelines and fees.
Fees & payment
Fees are billed per the milestone schedule in your proposal. Invoices are payable within the stated period; late payments may pause work.
Intellectual property
On full payment, rights to the final approved deliverables transfer to you. Pre-existing tools, code libraries and working files remain ours unless agreed otherwise.
Portfolio use
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
