Creative work is custom by nature. This policy sets out how deposits, milestones and cancellations are handled.

Deposits
Deposits reserve studio time and team capacity, and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Milestone payments
Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

Cancellations
If you cancel a project, you pay for work completed to date. Any prepaid amount for work not yet started is refunded.

Production bookings
Third-party costs for shoots — crew, equipment, locations, talent — are subject to those suppliers’ cancellation terms.

How to request
Email us with your project reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
